In Officer Black Belt, a ninth-degree martial artist stumbles upon a career in law enforcement after he saves an officer from a fight with a criminal on parole. The action-comedy film stars Kim Woo-bin as a third-degree black belt in judo, tae kwon do, and kendo, who teams up with a probation officer (Kim Sung-kyun) to keep an eye on parolees.
